Join us for this 3 workshop series where women learn tools to connect with self, heal generational trauma & communicate their needs to create a legacy of love.

We will gather for a 2-hour community “woosah” circle to practice active listening, share and practice tools for self-awareness, self-regulation and self-awareness. Tools include breathwork, movement and meditation.
